Vortex Flowmeters

Vortex Flowmeter uses the proven von Kármán vortex shedding principle, where a fluid passing a fixed obstacle creates alternating vortices. The frequency of these vortices is directly proportional to flow velocity and is detected by a piezoelectric sensor. It’s engineered for measuring liquids, gases, and steam—including turbulent or particulate-laden fluids—making it robust and versatile for demanding industrial environments. Used across industries—such as petrochemical, power, chemicals, food & beverage, environmental processing—where high-precision measurement of steam, compressed air, natural gas, and low-viscosity liquids is essential.
